Mitch Lyon
Teaching Pastor
Mitch has a heart for helping people encounter Jesus in real and meaningful ways. After more than a decade leading worship, he answered God’s call into pastoral ministry and graduated from Grand Canyon Theological Seminary in May 2024. Just a couple of months later, he stepped into his role as pastor at Westminster, where he’s passionate about preaching God’s Word, building community, and pointing people to Christ.
Mitch and his wife, Dedra, love serving side by side in ministry. When he’s not pastoring, you can usually find him making music or spending quality time with their kids.

Dedra Lyon
Worship Leader
Dedra brings over twenty years of ministry experience to Westminster, serving as both our Worship Leader and Westminster Kids leader. She has previously ministered as a youth pastor and children’s pastor, and she now also serves full-time with the YouVersion Bible App as a Content Partnerships Manager, helping make Scripture accessible to millions around the world.
Her heart for worship has reached from local congregations to a global audience through Life.Church’s Church Online. Here at Westminster, Dedra combines her love for music and her passion for kids to lead our congregation in worship and invest deeply in raising up the next generation to know and follow Jesus.

Trey Langley
Switch youth leader
Trey has been working with kids and teens for nearly 10 years, and his passion is helping young people grow in their faith, build self-confidence, and discover the joy of serving their community. He feels especially grateful for the incredible group of students he gets to lead this year.
Outside of youth ministry, Trey is the proud dad of two amazing boys. He holds a degree in Music Therapy and is currently pursuing his Master’s. One of his favorite ways to give glory to God is through music, especially playing piano at church.

Betty Bevis
Office administrator
Betty Bevis has served as Westminster’s Office Administrator for the past two years, bringing with her a wealth of administrative experience in both school and church settings. She keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes and is a friendly face to everyone who comes through the doors.
Outside of work, Betty loves spending time with her family, especially her two grandsons. She also enjoys relaxing with a good book and taking care of her dog, Bella.
