Peter is at his lowest point. After claiming that he would never deny Jesus, after boasting that he would follow Jesus wherever he went, after thinking that he was the best follower of Jesus, Peter has denied him, and gone back to fishing. But Jesus doesn’t leave him there. Jesus meets him right where he is and restores him by the power of his amazing grace. In the end, Peter sees that it is his failures that make him powerful. I invite you to join us this Sunday, to hear about the amazing grace of Jesus. And to hear that it is your failures that make you powerful! Will you join us for worship on Sunday. . .to have “Breakfast with Jesus?” See you Sunday at 10:30!
